Our Program

Our Program.

Program Length

We offer an individualized assessment to determine lengths of stay and our addiction treatment services can be individually customized to meet the specific needs of working with First Responders in Recovery.

Continuum of Care

Comprehensive aftercare planning is paramount to offering First Responders the best opportunity to walk a path in long term recovery. That is why, at Sprout Health Group, we begin to prepare the planning for aftercare success on day one of our addiction treatment services program and in our training.

Trauma Assessment

Every new client receives a comprehensive Trauma Assessment, with a Trauma Trained Licensed Clinical Professional, upon admission.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (“EMDR”) is offered to our clients, by one of our Licensed Professional (EMDR Certified) Therapists, as a proven and effective form of treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (“PTSD”) and other trauma-related disorders.

Family Program

Addiction, PTSD and Depression don’t only affect the Responder, but also the family. At Sprout Health Group, we not only support the therapeutic process of First Responders, but of their families and fellow Responders as well. We developed comprehensive addiction treatment services to address the specific needs of the family, and those closely affected by the traumatic experiences of First Responders, by connecting recovering Responders with “still-suffering” Responders.

Insurance Accepted

Sprout Health Group works with most private insurance policies.

Confidentiality

Addiction Treatment Services are covered by the Family Medical Leave Act, and HIPPA Privacy Laws protect patient’s confidentiality and records.

UNCOPE — Screening Instrument for Substance Abuse

The UNCOPE consists of six questions found in existing instruments and assorted research reports. This excellent screen was first reported by Hoffmann and colleagues in 1999. Variations in wording are noted for several of the items. The first wording is the original for the “U” and “P” items. The more concrete wording of the revised versions were found to be slightly better as a generic screen. Either version of the six questions may be used free of charge for oral administration in any medical, psychosocial, or clinical interview. They provide a simple and quick means of identifying risk for abuse and dependence for alcohol and other drugs. Please maintain attribution.
